our users divulge about other people, We Do Recover does

knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal

* domain information (e.g. IP address and referring URL's) as part of its analysis of the use of this site

We collect demographic data in order to understand how people use the website so that we can improve navigation, content, and other aspects of the website.

through the use of user-submitted forms (identifiable user information), google analytics tracking (non-identifiable information), and server based logging (non-identifiable information).  To receive our products and services, basic user information such as name, email address, and phone number is mandatory because we cannot provide a telephonic consultation or email consultation without this information.  We cannot provide accurate information without properly discussing the needs of our client. 
Other information we request is optional.

places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a
unique identifier. Cookies enable We Do Recover to track usage patterns and deliver customized

us about products, services, special deals, and
a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of
our users we present the option to not receive
these types of communications.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer
profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.

collected at our Web site with data from other

following third parties: the clinic that we refer the client to. 
These third parties will use the information
as follows: to contact the client and make arrangements for assessment or bookings. 
Users may opt out to have their
information shared with third parties.

privacy policies.

Our Web site offers chats,
forums and message boards.

of our information by checking with clients when they make telephonic contact. 
Users may access their own personal information
and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by telephoning us and requesting such information. 
Users may delete their information from
our database by sending us an emailed request or telephoning us.
