National
SANCA is the South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug dependence. They operate clinics throughout South Africa that offer addiction treatment. Their clinics are mostly outpatient but they are affiliated with certain residential inpatient centers. You can see lists of their clinics on their website.

Western Cape
Toevlug is a non-profit rehab offering drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in Worcester. They serve the greater Boland area as well. You can contact them by email rehab@toevlug.org or by phoning 023 342 1162.

Gauteng

Magaliesoord centre ("Magalies") is one of the few government run facilities. There are mixed opinions about its effectiveness but their success rate needs to be viewed in the context of the expected resistance their clients will have to treatment, having been court ordered to attend.
