Withdrawal symptoms: these are both physical and emotional and include: dilated pupils, goose bumps, watery eyes, runny nose, yawning, loss of appetite, tremors, panic, chills, nausea, dry heaves, muscle cramps, insomnia, stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, shaking, chills or profuse sweating, irritability, jitters, and increased sensitivity to pain.
It can be dangerous to detoxify alone, if you're suffering any of the above withdrawal symptoms as a result of drug addiction or alcoholism, please consult a hospital, medical doctor, or rehabilitation centre immediately.
