Seascape House is a private step-down facility offering a structured and supportive environment for addicts to live in while they start returning to daily life. They are situated 20 minutes drive from Cape Town and are conveniently close to shops, gym, restaurants, cinemas, and the beach.

Fees
Seascape House charges on a scale according to the type of bedroom is desired. This helps them to bring quality tertiary care within reach to more people.
- Private room - R 17,500 per month
- Sharing 2 to a room - R 8,500 per month
- Sharing 3 to a room - R 6,000 per month
- Sharing 4 to a room - R 4,500 per month
